An online calculator based on genetic variations and neuroimaging data
A nomogram model was used for predicting risk of low resilience using genetic variations and neuroimaging data. The predictors of the model were identified via canonical correlation analysis to define a low-dimensional representation of structural MRI features that were associated with weighted combinations of single nucleotide polymorphisms.
